What is Remove Opportunity Action in Workflows?
The "Remove Opportunity" action allows you to delete an opportunity associated with a contact. This action helps keep your pipeline clean by removing opportunities that are no longer relevant. With the latest enhancements, you now have more flexibility in selecting which opportunity to remove:
- All contact opportunities in the selected pipeline.
- Opportunity found or triggered in this workflow.
This allows for more precise control over opportunity management in your sales workflows.
How to Use the Remove Opportunity Action in Workflows
Step 1: Create a New or Edit an Existing Workflow
- Click on Automations from your account.
- Click on Workflows.

- Click on the + Create Workflow button to create a new workflow, or
- Click on the three dots beside an existing workflow and click on Edit Workflow to edit it.

Step 2: Add Remove Opportunity Action
- Add an Action in the workflow.
- Select the Remove Opportunity from the action picker window.

- Choose to either Remove all opportunities for the contact in the pipeline, or
